What is your role with TLISC?
Web & Publications Design Officer
When did you join the transport and logistics industry and what have you done?
I joined TLISC in 2000 as a business administration trainee and worked my way up to my current role Web & Publications Designer through the support of TLISC and part time study. My primary role is to produce resources and manage the TLISC website.
How did you become part of the VET industry?
When I joined TLISC.
Tell us about your work-life before TLISC.
I started with TLISC when I was 18 so it was my first real job!
What training and education have you undertaken?
I have a range of Graphic Design, Business Office Administration and Information Technology qualifications.
What is the best advice you’ve ever received?
Always finish what you started.
What is the most rewarding part of your job?
Managing the TLISC website. Having been immersed in images of the transport and logistics industry for the last 15 years I am able to showcase the industry and its people through my work on the website and the resources and other publications that TLISC produces.
How do you spend your time away from work?
Love going on holidays and spending time with friends and family.
