Workforce Development Service Standards

The Transport and Logistics Industry Skills Council is funded by the Federal Government to provide workforce planning and development advisory services to industry.  In the provision of these services the Skills Council commits to working with specific service standards to achieve high quality service delivery and quality outcomes for industry.

These service standards include:

  • Return inquiry phone calls to industry clients
    within 48 hours
  • Provide marketing material within 72 hours of a request
  • Resolve issues relating to RTO service delivery in a timely and effective manner
  • Where other ISCs are required to work with an industry client an introduction will be arranged
    within 2 working days
  • Work with the employer to locate the most appropriate Training Provider to deliver industry training services
  • Provide progress reports relating to the achievement of training outcomes, by the enterprise staff, in accordance with a project contract or on request from the employer
